We answer the public's most asked questions about Thirteen...
I've heard in the media that there's an age limit on Thirteen and/or that I have to sign something to ride it, is that true?
What you said was merely publicity hype. There will be NO age restriction on Thirteen. You will not have to sign a waiver to ride, nor is there a limit of one ride per day.
What is the height restrction on Thirteen?
There will be a 1.2m metre height restriction. (The same as Sonic Spinball)
Can I get a photo or video of my ride?
You will be able to purchase an on-ride photo. You will not be able to get a video of yourself on the ride as the ride is not part of the YourDay DVD system nor are cameras installed on the train (like Oblivion).
Where is it located?
It will be located in a new area of the park called 'Dark Forest'. This area was previously Ug Land (home of Rita). The ride stands where the Corkscrew once stood.
When will it open?
The ride is sheduled to open on 20th March 2010.
How long will the queues be? Can I skip the queue with Fastrack/Single Rider?
It is impossible to predict how long the queues will be due to many different factors that could affect the wait time. Expect the ride to be very popular though and be prepared for the possibilities of technical difficulties for the opening period. During the opening period, only Fastrack Platinum will allow you Fastrack to Thirteen, with other Fastrack packages being made available during the course of the season. A Single Rider queue has not yet been confirmed, but could theoretically be introduced and will likely be after a short while. The best advice for beating the queues on Thirteen is to head to it very early in the day (if you have ERT, then get to the ride entrance well before 10am) or very late in the day.
